WELCOME!  Ever since I was little you could find me among the drawing pencils, paint and other creative scum. It was therefore quickly decided that an art education would be my true 'salvation'. I first studied Artistic Design at St-Lucas in Ghent and then I followed a course in Free Graphics at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent.

Art for me is a way of being and thinking. It is also difficult for me to imagine a life without creating. My paintings and drawings make me pause. Reflecting on what touches me, what I learn and what I feel. It is my escape route from the hectic pace of everyday life. Every work carries a story with it. Subtle. Because I like to leave the freedom to you to give a personal interpretation.

I mainly get my inspiration from my passion for people and their thinking, but also from the trials of life, my moments of standing still, fascinating conversations and sticky thoughts.

Under the heading GALLERY  you will find my figurative paintings and drawings in pencil, charcoal or pastel.  

You can view the works at various exhibitions and fairs, but also by appointment in my studio.
